Being an individual and family therapist San Diego patients have confidence in is very personal to me. Much like yourself, I started as a client working through various life challenges. My own healing showed proof of the power of therapy and our amazing capacity to heal. After being a client, I wanted to learn how to sit on the other side and help others through their own journey. Now, through many years of experience, I’ve worked with many different people, helping them overcome various challenges, including anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, and transitional life changes. I will always strive to create a safe environment where everyone can receive the attention they deserve. My goal will be to empower you, support you, and help create positive change!
